4. Harmful activities
4.1 The Operator is obliged to monitor money laundering and other financing referring to crime. The Player is obligated to assist the Operator in all queries and surveys about them.
5. Financial transactions
5.1 The Player must use the same account for withdrawals as they made the deposit. The Player is not entitled to interest on the funds in their Player Account, regardless of how long they keep money in their Player Account. In line with the mandatory obligatory requirements, the Operator ensures the acceptance of wagers and payments transferred to the account of the gambling operator for the making of wagers only from the settlement account of the same player or from a player in the gaming location of the same gambling operator and the making of distributions only to the same settlement account from which the Player has transferred a payment to the account of the gambling operator for the making of wagers in gambling.

It is at the Operator’s sole consideration if and when Verifications are carried out. As per AML policy, the Verifications are carried out always:
i) upon establishment of a business relationship;
ii) upon payment of winnings, making of a wager, or both on occasions where the sum given or receivable by the Player is at least EUR 2,000 or an equivalent sum in another currency, regardless of whether the monetary obligation is performed as a single payment or as several related payments over a period of up to one month;
iii) upon verification of information gathered while applying due diligence measures or in the case of doubts as to the sufficiency or truthfulness of the documents or data gathered earlier while updating the relevant data and;

If the Verification requires contact with the Player and any further clarifications, the Player Account can be suspended pending the review. The most common reason for proving a Player’s identity is an exceptionally large number of games. The Verification usually involves sending a copy of the ID and a sufficiently recent copy of an invoice proving the address. It can also be a payment certificate from the bank or other payment service provider. However, these Verifications are made in the best interests of the Player, paying attention to the Player’s situation and assessing the Player’s situation on a case-by-case basis.

This register is in Estonia under the name HAMPI. You can read more about how the blocking works via the link below. Joining is free of charge for the Player and prevents the Player from participating in gambling with gambling organizers licensed in Estonia. The Player acknowledges that this unified approach is intended to ensure consistent protection and prevent circumvention of self-exclusion or limits between related brands.

9.2 If the Company incorrectly pays winnings to the Player due to an error, the money will be considered to still belong to the Company and thus it will be deducted from the Player’s Account. If the Player has already withdrawn the money, the Player must inform the Operator’s customer service immediately in order to settle the matter and to avoid further consequences.
9.3 Lapland.com and its employees and other personnel related to the Company do not guarantee that the Company’s software will always function flawlessly.
